Use the tracking link sent to the email address entered at checkout when your order is dispatched.
Before dispatch
Your dress is prepared and produced before it is handed to a carrier. Production is included in the total delivery estimate. We do not offer rush production. See Shipping & delivery for calendar-day estimates.
No tracking updates yet?
A shipping label can be created before the carrier scans the parcel. Check again after the first carrier scan. If the link is missing or the status has not changed, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Delivery or address problems
If tracking shows a delivery exception or a delivered parcel you cannot locate, check the carrier notice and your delivery address, then email adabridals.com@gmail.com. Retain your order and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier.
