Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back. This is not your bra size.

Waist

Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape comfortably loose for breathing.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Hollow to floor

Stand straight without shoes. Measure from the hollow at the base of your neck down to the floor.

Height

Stand straight without shoes and measure from the top of your head to the floor.

Armhole

With a relaxed arm, measure around the shoulder and underarm. Provide this measurement when requested for your chosen style.

Belly

Stand naturally and measure around the fullest part of your belly without pulling the tape tight.
